Ms.. Favale has two decades of emerging market and finance experience including investment banking, portfolio management, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions. Ms.. Favale is a graduate of New York University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science (Cum Laude) and University of Oxford where she earned a MBA and a Post-Graduate Diploma (PDG) in Financial Strategy. Ms. Favale speaks Portuguese fluently, Spanish (conversational) and is a native English speaker.
Favale crafted the strategy, and executed the Restructuring/Distressed $36 billion for Kazakhstan. She also an Independent Restructuring Advisor to BTA Bank ($16.7 billion), Alliance bank ($5.3 billion), and Astana Finance ($1.3 billion). Moreover, Ms.. Favale advised the sovereign wealth fund- Samruk Kazyna- on Temir Bank ($1.4 billion),
Mr. Shaw founded Global Business Resources (GBR) and currently serves as its President as well as Founder and CEO for CBA Inc. David’s senior level positions have included Global Managing Director of Business Intelligence and Security Consulting for Kroll Associates, an international risk consulting firm; and a Principal/ Partner for Arthur Andersen Worldwide Consulting, serving as Managing Director for Global Aerospace and Defense, and Business Intelligence.
He is a retired USAF senior officer and a seasoned fighter pilot. David earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Puget Sound, a Master of Arts in Public Administration and Executive Development from Ball State University, and a Masters Equivalent Degree in Business Management & Strategy (Magna Cum Laud) from the Naval War College of Command and Staff in Newport, Rhode Island. He also holds other degrees and certifications, has extensive expertise in financial consulting, and has held Series 6, 63 and 7. David is currently working with CBA and The Boeing Company to lead the launch of the Africa Cybersecurity Hub in Africa
Gervin currently serves as Principal Transaction Advisor at GDP Financial, Adjunct Faculty at Metropolitan State University-Minnesota,, and Director at Agrani International Holdings, UAE. He successfully led and participated in notable projects in the UAE, and Liberia; including managing turn-around teams for hotel repositioning, development, and funding. He is a member of ACPA-UK, Certified International Project Manager, and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
He holds a Master degree from the University of St. Thomas Graduate program in Software Engineering, Minnesota, USA,
Product of the University of Oxford MSc. In Major Program Management, and obtained a Post-graduate Certificate in Private Equity from the London Business School.
